These are all the vitamins I saw at the store and I don't know which ones I should get.
I don't drink milk, but I do have yogurt & cheese pretty often. I am pretty regular with fruits and veggies but I could definitely be better. I eat a decent amount of meat. I don't know I am generally healthy, so what vitamins are best to take? I don't ever have fish. i don't really like it. Umm... i do get acne, so i think i might need more vitamin C. So yeah idk what is best to take? Is it bad to take too many vitamins?

I just started taking One A Day Women's today and I was wondering, could anyone tell me if any of the following help with growth of hair: Calcium, Magnesium, Zinc, Vitamin D, Vitamin K, Copper, Manganese, Vitamin A, Vitamin C, Iron, Vitamin E, Selenium, Folic Acid?

I take vitamins, and they have like iron, calcium, vitamin c, vitamin A, vitamin D, vitamin K, vitamin E, folic acid, copper, zinc, magnesium, ect.
but no protein!!!
Are there vitamin with protein because I really wanna have some extra muscle because I weigh really little for my height but I think its all fat so I'm tryna gain muscle but its hard to fit a lot of protein.
