what is a good website for vitamins?

I want high quality vitamins at rock bottom prices. I am tired of the higher prices at Vitamin World and GNC. I just checked into Puritan's Pride, and they say, "Buy 1 bottle of Omega 3-6-9 for .00 (way more than I want to spend on just ONE item when I need about 5 different vitamins right now to round out my arsenol of about 10 things I take besides my regular every-day multi-vitamin) anyway, they say, "buy one bottle at .00....get 2 free." To me, that is no deal. I want one bottle of Omega 3-6-9 for .00....biotin for .00.....alpha lipoic for .00......CoQ10 for .00....etc etc. I want to spend about .00 on five bottles plus cheap shipping and handling for "quality" vitamins....Thanks!

help me choose vitamin supplements?

I'm 21, college student with overload school schedule, my bad eating habit is that I don't like veggie and milk. I'm considering some supplements but there are many kinds of them, I'm afraid that taking to many vitamins will harm my body.
for sure I will take:
Omega 3
Calcium, people said that it should come with Vit-D

the others I'm considering are:
multivitamins
balanced B
Vitamin A (working on computer a lot!)
potassium (my psy class taught me that we need K+ & Na+ for neurons 'firing' process, I don't like banana by the way)
melatonin 3mg (I'm high energy at night, trying to change my body clock, can naturally stay up until 6am if I don't want to sleep)
magnesium
zinc
Vit-C
Vit-E
folic acid with DHA
CoQ10

By the way, I'm currently moving from south to north, literally, from year round warm weather to a brutal winter place. Unfortunately, I have to take classes from a CC and my Uni which add up to 26 credits. Please give me advice on what supplements I should take that benefit me, keep myself physical and mentally healthy, especially for the cold days coming.
Thank you very much.

*Please help,10 pts. for best answer* Black skin Acne blemishes?

I'm black and I have acne blemishes, now in the past couple of months they're more noticeable. My skin tone is completely uneven (With spots darker than others). It looks like blemishes are forming on top of blemishes, and the skin around my mouth wrinkles up when I smile. I'm not sure how my skin got this bad, but I went to the dermatologist and he suggested I Use a skin peel wash for when I shower and an acidic sunscreen moisturizer. He gave me the prescriptions for all that stuff and it came up to 0 with no alternative. So I came up with my own blend 2 days ago. It feels like I might break out again But it could be my skin getting used to the products. which are:

Cetaphil Anti bacterial soap.

I put all three of these on my face after a shower:

Vitamin E oil

Aveeno Clear complexion Daily moisturizer

Gold bond restoring skin therapy lotion w/ CoQ10

What supplements do you recommend and why?

I recently started studying supplements and am now taking Omega-3, CoQ10, and milk thistle. I'm curious what others take (and dosage) and what the benefits are. Also - what brand? I buy from Swanson Vitamins online.
