Weight and weight loss?
I am 13 years old and as far as my doctor says I have stopped growing, dont ask why. I am 5'3" and I currently weigh 115lbs.
I lose about 5lbs a week, Without trying very hard. I have dropped 3 pant sizes and 15 lbs in 3 weeks. Is this healthy or normal? My goal weight is 105. I don't drink pop and only use splenda as sweetener. I eat healthy. Oil and fried things dont appeal to me anymore. I also take a daily womens multi vitamin, fish oil and cinnamon.
