What Are Some Significant Chances When Taking Vitamins?
I started taking daily multi-vitamins, maybe 2 weeks ago. I understand I'm not going to just turn into Superman (lol!), and that it depends on the vitamins you're taking, but are there any significant changes I'll notice? It's easy to become "healthier", but a little pointless if I don't notices anything change.

why does my tummy hurt?
it started yesterday on christmas i began getting this pain in my stomach. I can't explanin it, it wasn't like a menstral cramp but it a sharp pain the the lower part of stomach. please keep in mind I had not been eating very much through out the past few days leading up to this. suddenlly the sharp pain was acompanyed by a constant need to go poop.Every time i ate something my stomach got those pains and i had to go poop. It was christmas so i was eating alot. But By the end of the night it got to the point that if i so much as got up to walk i had to go poop. I have been taking one day vitamins, the store brand for about two weeks. sometimes if i laydown or sitdown and one spot i feel okay.c Also i drink alot of tea. could it be a possiblility that i am dehydrated?

How can I naturally treat my high blood pressure?
I went in for my physical today and my blood pressure is 148/92. I already eat low-fat organic food, do not drink anything but water, and exercise. Could it be caused by driving to the doctor's office in a white out and residual stress from Christmas? (I live in Colorado and work retail.) What else can I do?
I'm only 10 pounds overweight having dropped 30 pounds in the fall. My blood pressure was fine before, but not so good now.

www.facebook.com Here is a quick video of how I'm going to lose 30 lbs. I have lost 40 lbs so far this year and I'm going to lose 30 more. I am breaking this goal down in to weekly weight goals. It's much easier to manage that way. This past weeks goal was 3lbs, I ended up losing 2lbs for the week. I am happy with my loss and this weeks goal is 2 lbs. Once I REACH THIS GOAL of 30lbs it will put me at my TARGET weight range. I'm going to be keeping a video log of my progress at least twice a week. This will include how my eating habits went GOOD or bad. I'm going to also keep track of my workouts and how I feel. I'm a total foodie so I'm not going to be living on just celery and carrots. I am going to eat good food, healthy food, but good food. If YOU are looking to lose some weight or just tone up feel FREE to join me! We can HELP each other!!
