What are some good chewable vitamins?

I want to start taking a multivitamin to supplement my new healthy eating habits and make sure I'm keeping my body in good shape. The problem is that I have a very strong gag reflex and I cannot swallow pills. What are some good chewable vitamins I could try?

I've tried the milk chocolate Viactiv and I think they taste awful.

Can you swallow a chewable pill?

I have issues swallowing pills so I bought some chewable vitamins. They are absolutely disgusting so I was wondering if I swallowed them, would they still work as well if I had chewed them?

Thanks!

I just had Gastric Bypass this past week and need some help with Vitamins.?

I've been strict on drinking water, diet Cranberry Grape juice and some green teas without sugar or alternative sugars. I've been feeling ok but I really want to get started on vitamins as soon as possible. The Dr. recommended chewable or liquid. I'm thinking chewable will probably taste better so I think I want to try that first. I have already been on B12 injections for about 6 months because I came up deficient after being anemic. So I know I am getting that, but I am worried about the other vitamins and minerals I need. Can anyone give me some good names of cheap chewable vitamins that work? I'll probably buy them at a Wal-mart or local drug store, if I have to drive to the city to a specialty store I will but I'd rather not....

Sorry I know that's long, but thanks for any help.
The doctor sent me home with a list of instructions, that said to take chewable or liquid vitamins but I wanted to know which were best.

VITAMIN Pills???????

Ok, So I bought these vitamin pills (Centrum Multi-Vitamin). I am a college student who is living on campus, and I just absolutely hate the food options. So I keep eating the same thing everyday...Because of this I am not getting the right vitamins, and I am noticing changes in my body...For example, I have noticed that my nails are changing color..(they are getting brown streaks in them....it's quite unattractive)...what I want to know is

1. If there is some sort of trick to taking pills. I've tried putting the pill in my mouth and taking a big gulp of water. Haven't had any luck with that...usually when I have to take pills I crush the pill and mix it in my juice...But these pills taste and smell really bad

2. Do any of you guys take vitamins?

3. If you do, which one and does it work?

4. Is there a difference between chewable vitamins and non- chewable..as in, does one work faster that the other (refering to the time that it takes to actually see a difference)

Thank You...

Is it bad to swallow chewable vitamins instead of chewing them?

I can't stand the chalkyness of chewable vitamins. It's ok to swallow them whole instead, right?
