I need help with my vitamins!?

So i have been feeling a little tired and fatigued lately and have noticed that I have gained a considerable amount of weight. I went to the doctor to let him know about my chest pains and numbness, and he ran tests, said I was fine and suggested that I start losing weight because my problems were more than likely due to my obesity. Needless to say I have been a little depressed as well.

I have begun a bit of an exercise regimen, which right now just involves me utilizing the treadmill that has been collecting dust in my basement for some time now. It's really light walking because of the fact that I am so heavy I can't do anything too drastic, but it's a start.

I have begun taking vitamins as well, the problem is that there are soooo many, I don't really know what to take. I need something to give me energy and to boost my metabolism because I have an under active thyroid which is hell on my weight. I am currently taking a multivitamin and krill oil (fish oil pills repeat on me). People are telling all about B vitamins, and CoQ10, primrose oil, and acidophilus (I have digestion problems as well), as well as folic acid, vitamin C, and calcium. Should I be taking all of these? Are there some I should take over others? ANy help would be greatly appreciated. thanks!
