Why isn’t my hair growing? Shampoos?

Hey everyone,

My hair is a little past my shoulders, and I really want to grow it out. I have a healthy balanced diet, and i eat pretty healthy. I have volleyball three times a week and we do intense drills so I get a lot of exercise and I am very in shape. I take vitamins, and I wash my hair every day, if not then every two days.

I got my hair cut on about the 30th of august, but it doesn't seem to be growing at all, if so then not a lot.

Why isn't my hair growing? What can I do to make it grow faster? Are there any shampoos specially for growing hair?
I also keep my hair well trimmed and don't damage my hair much with straighteners and chemicals.

Please help, respond accordingly.
Thanks!

PS - I don't want to take any weird pills or anything, but if there are any regular vitamins that I could just buy at the drug store that help with hair growth, that would be great.

What's your opinion of the E3AFA vitamin?

I just heard about it from someone I used to work with. I have ADD and bad depression that I have taken medication for. I haven't had insurance for almost two years and have felt the effects of not having the help from the medicine I am trying to become more health conscious. I buy alot of organic because of chemicals and pesticides in foods. Do you think these vitamins are a good alternative? Thanks! :-)
when I say "alternative" I mean to taking a script med for ADD and Depression.

What's the Best Sunscreen?

For both face and body?

should I buy famous brands?

how to know the good from the best?

I don't want a sunscreen that'll ruin my face in the next 5-10-20 years!

I'm thinking Clarins, Clinique, and La Mer. More natural products, I'm trying to stay away from the chemicals as possible.

I don't want to get a tan but also I don't want to block the sun rays from my skin (Vitamin D), how to choose the SPF?

I'm 20, and my skin is a little on the dry side.

Is it true that a daily dose of vitamin C supplements can help fade hyperpigmentation and melasma?

I have a case of hyperpigmentation and some melasma and I heard that taking daily supplements of vitamin C supplements of like 2,000mg per day for a while can help fade away the hyperpigmentation and melasma ... Is it true ? Thanks a lot for the answers ... I dont wanna use chemicals like hydroquinone as I've heard it's very dangerous health-wise
