What vitamins should I take? (Details inside)?
I'm vegetarian, and I also don't eat dairy products or soy products as I am intolerant to them. I eat some sheeps' products (fetta cheese and occasionally yoghurt), plus lots of legumes. When I got a blood test a while ago I had low iron stores, and I've only had my period about 3 times since I first got it about two years ago. What vitamins do you think I should be taking?

Help with detox?
I'm eliminating processed foods and foods with preservatives/additives in them (for this week as I'm on uni-break). I started yesterday.
Included is plenty of fresh vegetables & fruit, a small lamb steak (for iron) at dinner time (with salad and 2tblsp maceroni with sundried tomato pesto), & for breakfast, oats or omelette (with tomato and avocado and very small amount of cheese) or 2 eggs (keeps me full).
I'm eating 6 small meals a day. I'm also eating at least 13-1400 calories a day (I'm wanting to lose weight too and it's right for my BMR, though I'm not overweight just want to lose a couple pounds) and drinking lots of water. In addition I'm supplementing myself with B12, B-complex and folic acid (naturopath recommended as I am vitamin B deficient)
Problem is, it's day 2 and I'm feeling a bit nauseous, with a bit of a headache or light head, and I'm going to bathroom a bit (no diarrhea, just more regularly). It's not the calories as been 1300 for awhile. Is this normal?
Tips on becoming a vegetarian
Happycow.net www.peta.org/accidentallyVegan/ Tryveg.com www.vegetarian-restaurants.net Those are just a few sites to help you out. I would recommend starting out slowly, like taking out one type of meat product out of your diet once a week until there's no meat left to take out. Good luck! -x- TWITTER twitter.com
Is eating a lot of good food bad for your weight?
When you have extra energy and nutrients I think it is stored as fat. Recently I bought premium multi-vitamins, and have been eating really healthy, but I get hungry a lot because i used to eat a lot before but was never fat. Now I eat a lot of good food instead of bad food also with the multivitamins, for example, after school I ate some baked beans, yogurt, cheese, and a whole wheat bagel yet I am still hungry. Does this mean I will be storing a lot of extra nutrients as fat now? I work out often about 3-4 times a week which might explain some of the reason i am hungry a lot.
