Eating TWO KFC Double Down

My cousin, Quang, decided to try KFC's new creation, the Double Down. It's a sandwich, instead of bread/buns holding the cheese, bacon, and special sauce, its two pieces of chicken. What are each of these vitamins best for?

B12
B6
flaxseed oil
triple omega (safflower &olive oils, fish&flaxseed)
fish oil with omega 3
vitamin C
Vitamin D
Vitamin E
folic acid
calcium
B complex
Biotin

These are all the vitamins I saw at the store and I don't know which ones I should get.
I don't drink milk, but I do have yogurt & cheese pretty often. I am pretty regular with fruits and veggies but I could definitely be better. I eat a decent amount of meat. I don't know I am generally healthy, so what vitamins are best to take? I don't ever have fish. i don't really like it. Umm... i do get acne, so i think i might need more vitamin C. So yeah idk what is best to take? Is it bad to take too many vitamins?

What do you honestly think of this weight loss diet plan?

This is just a rough idea...

Beginning of the day:
Wake up and drink 1 liter of water.
Eat a salad & some fruit or some other veggies.
Go walk/run 2 miles and drink another liter of water [with Dexatrim Max 2 O metabolism booster] before and after I walk/run 2 miles. [In The AFTERNOON]
Drink some Green Tea.
Take some vitamins [like Flinstone Vitamins, etc.]

Middle of the day:
Eat some fruit & veggies
Drink more & more water.
Lift Weights.
Go Swimming.
Have some Green Tea.
Eat more snacks towards the end of the middle of the day like cheese & crackers. Yogurt, etc...

End of the day:
-Drink More & More water.
-Eat a salad, some fruits & more veggies.
-Drink some Green Tea.
Do 200 sit ups.
-Walk/Run another 2 miles and drink some water with Dexatrim Max 2 O Metabolism Booster Tablets....

Go to sleep...
Wake up and do the same thing the next day.

[Also, I'm a 16 year old guy]
I would like to add that I haven't started on this diet yet, but I will probably start on it Monday 6/24/07 and if I start on that day I hope to lose A LOT OF WEIGHT by 8/04/07 [when school starts]

Also I weight about 220 pounds and am about 5 foot 8
