My cousin, Quang, decided to try KFC's new creation, the Double Down. It's a sandwich, instead of bread/buns holding the cheese, bacon, and special sauce, its two pieces of chicken. These are all the vitamins I saw at the store and I don't know which ones I should get.
I don't drink milk, but I do have yogurt & cheese pretty often. I am pretty regular with fruits and veggies but I could definitely be better. I eat a decent amount of meat. I don't know I am generally healthy, so what vitamins are best to take? I don't ever have fish. i don't really like it. Umm... i do get acne, so i think i might need more vitamin C. So yeah idk what is best to take? Is it bad to take too many vitamins?
