What kind of vitamins should I take?

I'm 29, 6-4 and 250lbs. Started exercising regularly (4-5 times a week, about 45 minutes to an hour each time) in the last couple months. I eat "average" meals for the most part...like cereal/yogurt for breakfast, a couple sandwiches and bag of chips for lunch, and typical dinners like caseroles, tacos, and stuff like that.

Should I take a multivitamin or get some of those vitamins you see at the drugstore that each one is sold separate? What about the other goofy stuff like fish oils? Do I even need extra vitamins oustide what food provides?

Are milk and Orange juice a good combination for in-taking vitamins?

I drink a lot of milk and orange juice. I especially eat cereal everyday. Is this healthy for maintaining a good amount of vitamin in-take. And what vitamins benefit me from this consumption?

Hypothtically of course, can you take vitamins rather than eating?

I love food so don't give me the posts about how you have to eat, don't starve yourself blah blah blah... HYPOTHETICALLY, since lots of daily vitamins (and total cereal) claim to have a full days vitamins, can you take vitamins rather than eating or would your body still need more?

Also don't include caloric intake goals.

What are the easiest easiest recipes to control blood pressure?

My dad's doctor just recommended the DASH diet to control his blood pressure. He lives alone most of the time seeing i go to college out of state. I think the extent of his cooking skills are cereal and ham sandwiches which are not on the diet plan. What are some healthy cheap recipes to try to try out?
