Do I need both a multi vitamin and a folic acid pill?
My brother was born with anencephaly and I know it's probably genetic. I was wondering for when I start trying to have kids if a multi vitamin has enough folic acid in it to prevent that or do I need to take a special pill for it. Right now I take the centrum multi vitamin which has 400 mcg of folic acid in it already.
