Best vitamins for adrenal glands/endocrine system?

After periods of intense stress I feel completely fatigued and "zombie-like".. I feel guilty because of my excessive use of coffee in the past, and am aware it's taken its toll on my adrenal glands. Caffiene-free now, eating healthy and vitamins I take include: C, B complex, Calcium, Magnesium, fish oil, acidophilus and slow-release iron sometimes. I'm also experiencing some depression that I cannot shake, though my life is going well. Could this be a hormonal issue, and how would I find out?

Any tips from those who are knowledgeable on this topic or who've experienced it themselves are welcome! Thanks

is there any problem, if someone at age 20 take one day mens' 50+ advantage?

i am just wondering if there is any side effects if someone at age 20 take one-a-day mens' 50+ advantage ..i know its made for 50 and above ..but i am just curious to know .here is the description comparison:

One-A-Day® Men's 50+ Advantage contains twice the Lycopene and five times the Selenium of Centrum® Silver® to support prostate health and it provides key nutrients to support heart health, eye health, and healthy blood pressure.* Plus, it contains Ginkgo to promote memory and concentration.*

i mean the extra vitamins are there to help those areas of health that i'm worried about anyway in the future (prostate cancer, vision getting worse, memory) so would there be any negative consequences?

on the othe rhand i find that if i don't eat pretty heavily before taking these, it upsets my stomach slightly.

When is the best time to take these vitamins?

I also work out every day...does it matter if I take them before or after the workout?
Every day I take 1 of each: B complex, ginko biloba, calcium/magnesium/zinc, C, and a multivitamin.

Usually I take them all at the same time at night. Should I take different ones at different times, all of them at a different time, or does it not matter?

are the paleo diet people right when they say grains are bad for you?

The last time I checked wheat germ had :

protein, alpha linoleic fatty acids, vitamins B1 , B3, B6, vitamin E, Folic Acid, potsassium, roboflavin, zinc, calcium, magnesium , manganese, selenium, iron, phosporous , and also the compound octacosanol - which helps energy.

Obviously grains ( particularly wheat germ ) are loaded with nutrients.

So why are the paleo diet people against grains and are they wrong?
