Is it okay to take my vitamin in the morning?
I take Centrum A to Zinc..just the regular kind, nothing extraordinary; however, I also have a calcium carbonate vitamin. It has 50% of DV of calcium and vitamin D. I was thinking I take the centrum in the morning, and the calcium after lunch. The problem is, I sometimes forget the calcium, so is it okay to take them both at the same time in the morning?

What are some vitamins to help me better remember & concentrate?
(I'm a guy)
I know there is no magic pill to make me know everything while doing nothing or not putting forth the work to learn however I am looking for some good vitamins to help me. I am in college and there are times where i just zone out or later on completely forget even when i am honestly trying my best.
Right now I am taking GNC's Mega Men vitamins. They are good, but when i miss out on a SINGLE daily pill, I feel like i haven't slept for a week. I just get really tired. I am not sure if the ingrediants are good or not but is there anything stronger or more helpful I can take in this situation? Like I said I am looking for something to help aide me to better concentrate and stay focused so that I can retain the information I learn in school. Here is what is in the GNC's Mega Men vitamins:
