Is it okay to take different vitamins at the same time, also will it effect birthcontrol?
I want to start taking vitamins to improve my health, and I have found one for my skin & hair, and also one for an everyday health, is that safe to do? & when I begin birth control will I have to stop taking my vitamins?
Are my prenatal vitamins having a reverse effect?
First of all, I'm not pregnant. I'm taking them so my hair and nails will be healthier, but my leg hair has stopped growing pretty much altogether. I've been on these vitamins for about a week, is this normal? And will they affect my Birth Control?

I went from 36-42 day cycles to a perfect 28 day cycle after taking pre-natal vitamins for a month. All other research I have done says no. Does anyone know why this might be? I have been off birth control for a year now, so its all out of my system and doesnt have anything to do with it. Any ideas?

Do vitamins interfere with birth control?
I'm on the birth control pill Yaz. I want to start taking a vitamin because I know I don't get all the vitamins I should. I just wanted to know if they would interfere with one another.

I am taking a multivitamin (one a day), omega 3, vitamin C, and a chewable calcium. Can I take these together all at once?
Also, do any of these vitamins affect birth control pills? I am assuming no, but would just like to be sure.

Do prenatal vitamins help make your hair grow faster and stronger, even if your not pregnant?
I have been losing my hair like crazy and I'm only 23. I believe it was because I dyed my hair not too long ago. My hair dresser told me to take prenatal vitamins to help it grow back faster and stronger. Is this true? And would it interact with my birth control? 23yr female. thank you.
Is it okay to not take a daily vitamin while taking birth control?
I am on Ortho Tri-Cyclen Lo birth control and when I got them the doc gave me vitamins they're called Daily-Vite daily multiple vitamin supplement (compared to one-a-day essential) with them and said to take one everyday with my birth control. And I dont ever take them...like ever. Is this okay?
Can I take a Vitamin B supplement and African Mango Extract?
I have been taking a daily capsule of Vitamin B Complex. I am now considering the benefits of African Mango Extract before each meal, and I was wondering, is it okay to take both? I know my question may sound silly, but I honestly know little about the effects of mixing supplements. I am also taking birth control, but I don't believe either or these things will effect bc.
