How much Beta-Carotene and Vitamin A to take for acne?

I used to be on accutane and it worked very well for me. After a few months I started to flair up again. Is there anyone that has a routine with vitamins? I just started taking 24,000 ui of natural vitamin A a day plus 100,000 ui of beta-carotene. Is this gonna do anything for me? should I up the dosage? I also take a B complex and vitamin E supplement.

Vitamin A in the form of Retinyl Acetate – Can it cause toxicity?

I know that Vitamin A in the form of Beta-Carotene is safe, but what about Retinyl Acetate? Especially when taken with Accutane (Isotretinoin)?

(In the multivitamin I'm taking, Vitamin A is in the form of both.)

I'm wondering because I take multivitamin every day in addition to isotretinoin. I remember that the doctor said vitamins are fine, but I'd like to make sure because I've heard someone say that Vitamin A taken with Accutane may increase the possibility of side effects.

Also, does Vitamin A toxicity cause abdominal pain?

Any comment is appreciated!

Will my hair grow significantly?

Alright, so long story short, I needed my hair cut a certain way for a costume. However, my hairstylist is an idiot who tries to put a girly, chic edge on everything, and it came out waytooshort. One of my friends recommend I take five biotin pills a day, because she says it makes her hair grow two centimeters every few days.

I did a little research on biotin and vitamins that aid hair growth, and went out and stocked up. I bought biotin, B-complex, flax seed oil gels, beta-carotene, vitamin E, and vitamin C tablets with bioflavonoids. I take one of each every morning. This equates to:

5000mcg biotin
500mg vitamin C
50mg B-complex
1000mg flax seed oil
25,000 IU beta-carotene
400 IU vitamin E

Basically, I want to know if I'll have any significant hair growth in 90 days. Before, I was just taking a children's multivitamin that had 48mcg of biotin, and my hair was growing at a faster-than-normal rate. Like, about four inches (more or less) in six months. My hair's always been strong and healthy and thick. I'm just worried that I'm wasting money on a bunch of vitamins that won't actually help my hair grow at all.

Can i take these Vitamins together in tablet form?

Saw Palmetto - which has Zinc,Nettle & Amino Acids included.

Vitamin B Complex

Vitamin C - Chewable form, 240mg a day

Omega oils 3,6 and 9 - tablet 1 a day

And the last tablet is a Skin, Hair and Nails tablet to keep them healthy, it has Vitamins D,E,C,Thiamin, Riboflavin, Niacin,B6,Folic Acid, B12, Biotin, Pantothenic Acid, Magnesium, Iron, Zinc, Copper, Manganese, Selenium, Chromium, Iodine, Beta Carotene, L-Cysteine.

They are all taken daily, but the omega ones i take usually every other day...is this dangerous to my body?
I take them with Pomegranate Juice in the mornings with breakfast (porridge)

Thanks
