Taking Amino Acids with weight loss program.?

I'm taking an amino acid supplement pills of 1 with my morning meal of 350mg L-tyrosine and 50mg acetyl L-carnitine, mid-day meal supplment of 300mg L-leucine, 50mg malate,50mg acetyl-L-carnitine and before bedtime 350 mg of L-arginine, 50mg of malic acid. Along with calcium and Vitamin D, and a Daily multi-vitamin. I also take phentermine. The diet consist if these med and also protein bars ,veggies and meat. And of course exercise. I was wondering is it good to be taking all these amino acids since your body produces some of them ?and if any of these meds have a side effect of hair loss?
Actually it's only about 5 pills a day each time period amino acids are in one capsule. So it's not that bad I. I do drink a protein shake or eat a protein bar twice a day. One for breakfast and one with a lunch of veggies

when is the best time to take your vitamins?

I mean, what time of the day? Its not a vitamin for pumping muscles or because I have sickness. Just a regular supplement for my everyday needs. Is it in the morning after breakfast? After lunch time? Before bedtime? Or as soon as I wake up? What time do you usually take yours and does it matter at all? I need your opinions. And don't tell me I should have a prescription of a doctor or something. Just your suggestion when is the best time to take a vitamins.

Thanks in advance!
