How long do vitamins take to work?
I'm 18 years old, female, and i have very bad acne and hair thinning ( & hair loss). I also suffer from depression. I started taking more vitamins today to help my hair and skin. What are the best vitamins and how long do they take to show results??
will taking too much vitamin C tablets hurt me?
I have kinda bad acne and i heard vitamin C supplements can help your skin to be clear and smooth. I went to the store and bought a whole bottle of them and it says to take 1 daily, but i was wondering if I take like 10 of them will it make my skin clearer faster / will it hurt me?
How can i get rid of acne scars?
A couple years ago, when I had really bad acne, I living with my dad. He had this thing where if I had a bad zit, who would chase me around the house and pop them. Thus leading my acne scars. Now, i know about Vitamin E, but I'm still "a kid", and my Grandpa refuses to buy it for me. Anyone have some suggestions? Preferably organic, and affordable :D Thanks!!!
What vitamins will help my acne?
NOT THE ACTUALY VITAMINS But I want to go to the store and buy a container. So I'd like to hear a brand or knock off brand please. I know vitamins ac-e and z or whatever help. But what vitamins should I go out and buy? Multivitamins? Fish Oil? Which kind?? Perfer to be cheap. I don't have bad acne, but just wanna clear up my face and mainly my back. Thanks. I started drinking more water now too.

I have and I've finally found a cure, or at least a solution for the time being.
The conditions called keatosis pilaris wich basically means the pores in your skin on your arms are blocked up, much like when people have bad acne on their face.
So the solution?
The same thing used to treat bad acne.
I use vitamin A cream which has been prescribed by my doctor and a cream i use in the shower made of something called hydroxy acid.
What it's been doing looks sorta like when you get sunburnt, so atm my skins peeling, but what it's doing is flushing out all my blocked pores and giving me nice clear skin! Woo!
I'd like to hear from any doctors who think this won't/will work and any other suffers and if they've found any other cure.
So far this is the only and best one I've found

Acne & Vitamin E ….?
I recently bought some Vitamin E capsules hoping to get rid of red marks from acne. I take the capsules orally. However, I am wondering if piercing the capsules and putting it over my face will work better. My skin produces oil during the day but if I do it this way and leave it on for 5/10 minutes later then wash my face with oil remover cleanser/Exfoliate (Clean & Clear) will I still come out in breakouts from the Vitamin E oil or will the cleanser remove it all?
I've heard putting Vitamin E Capsules on your face works better than taking it orally.
I have red marks on my T-Zone area from bad acne.

Do aloe vera and vitamin E really eliminate acne scars?
I have bad acne scars and I've heard the vitamin E and aloe vera can, when applied onto the scars, help them fade and even go away completely. Is this true? It sounds too good to be true haha, especially considering my doctor told me I would have to wait for surgery to remove my acne scars. Also, how long should I expect the vitamin E/ aloe vera to completely remove the scars, if this is even possible? Finally, which is more effective, the vitamin E or the aloe vera?

Not creams, foams, scrubs. nothing. They make my skin softer but that it. I don't have BAD acne, but I always have little flaws and sometimes (usually my period) i break out BAD.
Plus I have some blackhead which i have no idea how to get rid of and these little tiny skin colored bumps.
Nothing works for me, I've tried it all.
I just took a vitamin E, flaxseed oil vitamin, omega 3 vitamin, and a womans vitamin.
How long does it take for vitamins to start clearing up skin?

i've already asked my dermatologist and he recommended a chemical peel buts thats waaay too expensive and painful. does anyone have any experience or results from using lemon juice, tomatoes, tea tree oil, vitamin e, or honey? i have really bad acne scars on my chin that have been here from 2 weeks to a month. is there any way to clear those up (quickly)??
Vitamin E oil from the pill?
I have acne and some scars so I get some vitamin E pills and cut them open,then take the oil and put it on my face.This man told me to put it on 5 times a day and the acne and scars would be completely cleared in three days.I just started doing that today so what I'm really asking is it okay to do that? Even if it's not his acne cleared up,so it must help or something.He had really bad acne and now it's ALL GONE! Do you use the vitamin E oil from pills or do you buy it at the store?And has your face cleared? Please answer people
