help me choose vitamin supplements?

I'm 21, college student with overload school schedule, my bad eating habit is that I don't like veggie and milk. I'm considering some supplements but there are many kinds of them, I'm afraid that taking to many vitamins will harm my body.
for sure I will take:
Omega 3
Calcium, people said that it should come with Vit-D

the others I'm considering are:
multivitamins
balanced B
Vitamin A (working on computer a lot!)
potassium (my psy class taught me that we need K+ & Na+ for neurons 'firing' process, I don't like banana by the way)
melatonin 3mg (I'm high energy at night, trying to change my body clock, can naturally stay up until 6am if I don't want to sleep)
magnesium
zinc
Vit-C
Vit-E
folic acid with DHA
CoQ10

By the way, I'm currently moving from south to north, literally, from year round warm weather to a brutal winter place. Unfortunately, I have to take classes from a CC and my Uni which add up to 26 credits. Please give me advice on what supplements I should take that benefit me, keep myself physical and mentally healthy, especially for the cold days coming.
Thank you very much.

Do vitamin tablets work?

I bought some multi-vitamins (calcium, zinc, vitamin b, vitamin d, iron etc.) and if I was wondering if anyone knows from personal experience whether or not they make any difference to your health and/or appearance. Also, if you can tell me, I would like to know if there is any scientific evidence to suggest that they do/don't work.
Thanks for your time.:)
I do have a relatively healthy diet - I'm not trying to replace it with vitamins. I just thought that they might help.

Question on taking vitamins for workout?

Normally I take energy vitamins before my workout (vitamin B, vitamin E, Garlic, etc) and recover vitamins after (vitamin C, Calcium, Magnesium, etc). I recently bought Ripped Fuel and Amino Fuel. I plan on taking Ripped Fuel before my work out and Amino Fuel after. Should I still take the energy vitamins before and recovery vitamins after? Or should I take the vitamins at another time in the day?

Is it possible to take an overdose of B vitamins?

I usually include a multi-B vitamin tablet every morning, along with other vitamins. But sometimes the B makes me feel nauseous and kind of jumpy. Those Bs can contain up to 6000% of the RDA in a specific vitamin, like B6. I'm a 40 year old male, physically active and in better health than most my age. So I'm wondering if I need to lower the dose, or omit it altogether.
