What is a normal DAILY range for blood pressure?
My blood pressure seems to jump around from 140 over 83 to 160 over 100 in the course of one day. Does this seem like a normal pattern? The higher number doesn't stick around for very long. In an hour or less I could be down to 140 over 90 or lower. Also, I am just recovering from mold inhalation from an unmaintained humidifier, which caused asthma like symptoms for about 2 weeks. Could this be whats causing these weird bp readings?

Ephedrine question…?
I know that ephedrine was illegal for a short time, and it is legal again. I have seen it for sale on the internet, do any vitamin or health stores sell any diet pills with ephedrine in it?? I would rather not order from the internet, I want to be able to go into a store and purchase some if possible. Thanks for your help.
By the way, please dont say, ephedrine is bad or whatever, I know what is good and bad for me, please just let me know where I can purchase it. Thanks so much.

What is the best brand of multi-vitamins for a 10yr old asthmatic boy?
My son is severely asthmatic but very active. I'd like him to take a daily multi-vitamin but the choices are so confusing. What do you think the best brand is for the nutrients provided and the taste?
Jon- thanks, he does use Singulair along with an albuterol inhaler, Flovent, & Claritan. What i'm looking for is a good quality multi-vitamin to add to his daily routine. I added the asthma information because I know each multi-vitamin is different and wanted one that might have better ingredients for that (like higher B's or more zinc (what ever works for asthma)). As a doctor what do you suggest?
