How much is too much of a vitamin?

I am trying to improve the appearance of my skin. If say I take a multivitamin supplement that gives me 100% of say vitamin C, then I drink I can of V8 vegetable juice which contains 80%, plus other foods throughout the day that may contain it, is that a bad thing since I am exceeding 100%?

what are good vitamins to take for beauty and health?

I know that vitamin A helps your eyesight,
I know vitamin D is good to take if you don't get a lot of sun
I know flax seed oil makes your hair shiny...

can you suggest some other vitamins and foods i should eat in order to help improve my health and my appearance?
thank you!

I need recommendations for the best Multi-Vitamin for my 8yr old dog?

My Dog was recently diagnosed with Cushing's Disease. She looks weak and has lost a lot of hair. She is only 8. The treatment is very expensive, I will go for it but I think that she could do with some multi vitamins that will improve the appearance of her coat and will make her feel better like her old self all together.
Thanx

Face primer? Not too expensive? Help! Best answers gets 10 points!?

I was looking for a good foundation and I found one that everyone recommends! It is the Smashbox face primer. I REALLY want it..but I can't afford it! :( I was looking and it said it contains a blend of vitamins A & E, grape seed extract, and green tea—reduces the appearance of fine lines and pores for visibly softer skin with a velvety-smooth finish. It can be worn alone or under foundation to increase its longevity. I want a primer as close to this as possible. If you can find me one that has close to all of this...and it'sunder 20 dollars! I will love you! :P LOL No but you will get ten points! :)
