Has anyone ever tried drinking vegetable juice to speed weight loss?
There was a recent article in Womans World that states if you drink veggie juice it seriously speeds weight loss! It kills hunger, boosts fat burning, and is packed with thousands of different vitamins, minerals, antioxidants, and anti-inflammatory compounds. They say to eat 1,300 calories a day, so it's not like you are starving yourself, and some people even lost a pound a day! Has anyone ever tried this? Any opinions? I hate vegetable juice, but if it helps you lose up to a pound a day, I'll suck it up! Or rather, drink it up ;)

Why are taking vitamins and/or antioxidants good for you?
