What vitamins are necessary to take everyday?

I started taking a list of vitamins every morning about a month ago, I've felt a lot more alert and awake since starting the regimen along with more healthy. Right now I'm taking vitamin d3, super B complex, Fish oil, Woman's one a day, and a large iron supplement due to anemia. Are these enough to help keep me healthy?

How can you absorb vitamins better?

Is there any kind of medicine (perscription or anything) that allows your body to better absorb vitamins?

Also, what kind of perscription medications are used to treat anemia? (not aplastic, or sickle cell) I know iron supplements, but any perscriptions, and what do they do?

Am I pairing the right vitamins with diet and exercise to lose weight?

I am taking Vitamin A, Vitamin B Complex, Vitamin B12, Vitamin C, Vitamin E, FlaxSeed Oil, iron, Cinnamon capsules, Green tea capsules, ginseng capsules, and Cayenne fruit capsules along with my daily exercise and diet regimen. Am I taking too much or even the right things? I am taking the dosages like the label suggests, but I have never really taken any supplements before, but diet and exercise have never worked with me before. I do suffer from anemia.

Is it possible to have high blood pressure and anemia at the same time?

I have had anemia from iron deficiency for years now, not really treating it. But anyways, I now have high blood pressure. I took it last night and it was 197 over 103. I'm wondering if it could be because of that or someother stuff. I get headaches all day, dizzyness, fatigue and chills.

what does it mean when you have a low red blood count but your iron stores, B12 are both high?

My doctor is asking for more bloodwork as anemia is present, but the vitamin levels are all good. what could it mean?
The doc asked if i was getting enough deep sleep. also, last year i had bloodwork done for something unrelated and the same thing was noted. but there was no follow up, because I was believed to be sick at the time, so they assumed this was why

Vitamin B12?

So here's the question:

I'm told that B-12 is only effective when intoduced by syringe intramuscular. Such as if you have Pernicious Anemia. I'm also told that taking B-12 orally in pill/capsule form is no good because (like insulin) should you ingest it the acid in the stomach destroys the components and it becomes useless. may as well swallow a pebble.

So....why is B-12 sold in the stores in the vitaman section if swallowing it serves no purpose?

Always fatigued- Anemia?

I've had the following problems for as long as I can remember, and I think that I'm probably mildly anemic. Has anyone else had these symptoms, and did you determine that anemia was the cause?

-fatigue
-feel cold often
-dark circles under eyes
-low blood pressure
-difficulty concentrating
-slightly dizzy when I abruptly stand up

In 2003 I couldn't donate blood because of low hemoglobin count. I ate very little red meat then, and now eat no red meat or poultry.

I've been taking a multivitamin (with Iron, B12, and Folic Acid, and others) lately, but it hasn't helped much. I know that certain foods can inhibit absorption of Iron, so I'll try to avoid eating those in the morning when I take my vitamin.

I'm really sick of feeling this way all the time. Advice?
Yes, I do have heavy periods.

This has been going on for years. If it were my thyroid, would it have developed into a serious problem by now? My symptoms are relatively mild, and they haven't really gotten better or worse with time.
