Vitamins for pre-teens?
I'm looking for a daily multivitamin for my 12yo.
He has always taken a multivitamin but I want to start him on ones made specifically for his age-group/boys & can't find any.
He eats a good diet so just the basic supplements will do. I prefer brands that are easy to find, like in most grocery store vitamin sections ;) but I'm interested in any good recommendations.
