Just follow these short simple steps for months and show dedication, and you will get the results you are looking for. Step 1 Eat more frequently throughout the day Now a lot of people say to eat 4-6 meals throughout the day but we all know that with work and school it is sometimes hard to find the time to have a full meal so what I do is eat 3 main meals and then have 3 snacks in between those meals. Snacks can include : Vegitables, fruit, yogurt, protein shakes What this does is increases your metablolic rate so you are burning more calories throughout the day Step 2 : Eat some form of protein with every meal Some good sources of protein that I eat are chicken,cottage cheese, turkey, tuna, eggs, salmon, talapia, and protein shakes.
