Any ideas for good vitamin supplements to aid in energy and mood?

I am 42 yr. old woman that had a hysterectomy 6 years ago. I now have the hot flashes, mood swing, etc etc. I seem to always be tired, no matter what I do..I think some if it may be stress( I have a son in Iraq). I don't sleep well at night, during the day I have no energy, but when time for bed I just toss and turn and then don't stay asleep through the night... I dont like to take medications, so if anyone has any "natural" remedies, I would be most grateful.

How to get off my diabetic and blood pressure meds?

I have been a type 2 diabetic and have had high blood pressure for 6 years now. I am sick and tired of taking (and paying for) these meds. I hear and read about people treating their diabetes with just diet and exercise. Where is the best information on how to do it?
I am 6'5" and 245lbs. I have a lot of aches and pains, some may be due to the extra weight, some of the pain from trying to work out.

Where in the United States can I get magnesium Chloride and how much would it cost?

Is it by prescription?
Health food store?
Where and how fast can I get it?????

I know it's not in vitamin form at drug stores and convenient stores, just that Magnesium oxide, which has a poor absorption rate.

I live with Chronic back pain, TMJ, digestive pain, neck pain, fatigue, sore wrists, hurts to sit, stand, and lay down because different parts of my body ache. I have 11 points of chronic pain that have grown from 2 within the last months. I have not been pain free for 6 years, and I am only 23. And because I am a young woman who is not rich, I am not taken seriously by Dr.s.
Thanks everybody, and I found out by calling local pharmacies, CVS doesn't have it, but Walgreens in my area seems to, it's behind the counter, but OTC.

I need magnesium because my muscles don't release properly, tighten up, flare up, fill with lactic acid and are extremely painful.

Thank you for the idea that it can be absorbed transdermally, I did not know that :), but it is so much more expensive through that method.

I hope this information helps someone out on the net when they are Googling. Peace everyone!
Oh, it's called Slow-mag, and the other version is magnesium 64 . Magnesium Chloride ^

Would you recommend this vitamin is you were a vegitarian?

I saw these vitamins and liked what I read but was not sure if you would recommend this vitamin if the person is a vegitarian. The name of the vitamin that I saw is Super Collagen + C. Please let me know if you would recommend this to a person that has had a gastro bypass 6 years ago?

Best Herbs & Vitamins for Health?

Hey, l'm looking to purchase some herb & vitamins for my health and just wanting some advice on what I should get. I'm already figuring on Curcumin & Tea Tree Oil. I already have some Vitamin C & Odorless Garlic Oil. Anyways, I have Crohn's Disease and been on immunosuppressants for 6 years. I want to help my condition of course, but I also want to be prepared for when we have flu outbreaks. Any advice is greatly appreciated.
