I bought multi-vitamins for "active" people. Its got 1800% dv of Thiamin, and 800% dv of Riboflavin.Ok to use?
I didn't realize that it was for "active" people until I brought it home. I work at a desk job, and the only exercise I've been doing is in bed. I have been getting very warm after taking this multivitamin. Is it because of the extreme amounts of Thiamin and Riboflavin? I know Niacin can have this affect on me, but there is only 100% Niacin. Also has 3mg L-Carnitine.
The multivitamin is from BeachBody Nutritionals. Its called ActiVit. Anyone taken this, or know if there are any side effects of having too much of a certain vitamin/mineral?

I'm 21, college student with overload school schedule, my bad eating habit is that I don't like veggie and milk. I'm considering some supplements but there are many kinds of them, I'm afraid that taking to many vitamins will harm my body.
for sure I will take:
Omega 3
Calcium, people said that it should come with Vit-D

potassium (my psy class taught me that we need K+ & Na+ for neurons 'firing' process, I don't like banana by the way)

By the way, I'm currently moving from south to north, literally, from year round warm weather to a brutal winter place. Unfortunately, I have to take classes from a CC and my Uni which add up to 26 credits. Please give me advice on what supplements I should take that benefit me, keep myself physical and mentally healthy, especially for the cold days coming.

Vitamin tablet for daily use?
I bought some Vitamin B Complex tablets for ordinary daily use. This is the composition of each tablet:
Vit B1 3mg
Vit B2 1.5mg
Vit B6 0.5mg
Vit D 250 I.U.
Nicotinamide 10mg
Would you advise to use this table for daily use? Is the vitamin content enough for someone like me who does a lot of sports and also studies hard?
