Can it be harmful to take your blood pressure multiple times within the hour?

I have an automatic at-home blood pressure monitor and there are some times when it has an error reading because I have trouble with the arm cuff and strapping it on correctly. I usually wait about 2 minutes before repeating the reading and sometimes I will still mess up. There are times when I will take a reading on the same arm about 4-5 times within 15 minutes. My question is, can this be dangerous or harmful at all? Sometimes it will just leave me with a sore arm for a little while.

How much sun exposure for vitamin D production?

Searching the internet, we found reputable medical sites recommending 10-15 minutes of sun exposure about 3 times a week for minimum vitamin D production. However, nowhere do they say how much skin must be exposed. We live in an area that gets lots of sun most days of the year, but also long, cold winters where we have very little skin exposed outdoors. (We are probably getting adequate amounts of dietary vitamin D but are curious about the sun-exposure issue.) Thanks.

Prenatal vitamin question?

So I took a prego test and it was negative but a lot of people told me I took it too early and I still haven't had my period since July 29th (last day of my last period). I took a nutrition class and we talked about how important it is to have folate in your diet especially when you are pregnant. So I am sure that I am pregnant because I have never missed a period. I went and got some prenatal vitamins to take now until I find out and have a few questions about them. I use to take prenatal vitamins as a multivitamin for many years, and the store didn't have the ones I am use to taking. I bought One a Day Womens Prenatal vitamins. It comes with two different pills. One has all the vitamins in it (pink pill) and the other one has some polysaturated fat, omega 3 fatty acids and it says under omega 3 EPA (eicosapentaenoic acid) and DHA (docosahexaenoic acid) this one is a liquid gel. I feel stupid asking this but should I be taking both of them? I know when you get a script for prenatal vitamins it's just a big pink tablet. I am just trying to take all the extra precautions and don't want to screw up.

Also I was craving a salad with sour cream (totally wierd) and I forgot to take the pill and took it about 15 minutes later or so (under 30 minutes) and I started to feel really sick. Is this normal? I never remember getting sick feeling when I took the other prenatal vitamins. I have been feeling really pukey lately anyways and my smells have been crazy. I had to have my boyfriend cut up the lettuce. Is there anything that is better to eat when you take the prenatal? I don't drink cows milk and I do not eat much meat.
The prenatal vitamins didn't come with instructions. On each bottle it just says take one and that's it. Am I suppose to take them at the same time every day?

MY STUPID EYEBROWS DRIVE ME CRAZY!?

So i've only gotten my eyebrows done 3 times before.
I used to not care about them, and they used to be really thick for like 12 years.
My mom barely ever will take me to get them done, and the only time i can get them done is when i get my hair done.
and i'm not getting them done for a Long time cuz the last hair dresser i went to destroyed my hair.

And today they we're crazy, so I started to pluck them, and I have cheap eyebrow shapers so i did them. Then there were tons of tiny little blonde hairs that I started to pluck, and I trimmed the long ones.
Before I knew it my eyebrows were uneven, so i tried to even them out.

and what do you know, just like every time i try to do my eyebrows, i messed them up!
I'm like ocd over my eyebrows, and always tell myself to leave them alone, but God only knows when and if my mom will take me to get them done.
So now they are messed up, and i'm going to a party tomorrow.

I always look so dumb because of my eyebrows.

plus, i always look up how to fill in eyebrows with pencil or shadow. I've watched like 10 videos and just watched one like 15 minutes ago. I don't have the right color of eyeliner/eyebrow pencil so i went to my eyeshadow.
And EVERY TIME i try eyeshadow i look like a caveman!
i have red/brown/blonde eyebrows!
I have like 30 different shadow colors that I tried.
I had red, lifght red, auburn, brown, blonde, i even tried black.

none of them look right!!

why do I completely suck at everything that comes with beauty?

and I always have to mess things up too.
I can never leave things the way they are!

Now I'm stuck with these stupid eyebrows again for like two months!
And I've tried constantly to get my mom to take me to the vitamin store to get me hair and eyebrow growth but NO!

Why did God have to give us eyebrows? I'd be happy to live without them.
And if i knew how to draw them on, I'd happily do so!

What is the best way to maintain CLEAR and SMOOTH facial skin?

I’m male, not a teenager and I'm black (in case age and ethnicity matter). I’m not talking about typical acne breakouts that teenagers often get. What happens is I might get three or zits on my face, which drives me nuts. I'm always just almost there, but I can never quite kill of the few heads. I’m open minded to using womens products. I use some toner, a smoothing gel and moisturizer/facial wash (all mens lines). Once a week I'll use a facial masque (womens product) for 15 minutes. Any vitamins, diet or lifestyle changes necessary to maintain smooth clear skin? Should I keep the masque on for 2-3 hours instead of 15 minutes?
