Supersize vs Superskinny S02E01 part 3/5

Channel 4 - Featherweight father-of-two Colin Hunt barely tips the scales at nine stone by living on chocolate and little else. Joining him on the five-day diet swap is a supersizer twice his weight, Tracey Hibbert, who binges on bread. Her post-baby weight has rocketed to 18 and a half stone and she is desperate to lose the pounds. And in the home of size zero, Anna Richardson discovers where the overweight go to in LA. At a fat-fighting farm she goes for the burn with an extreme workout and meets the residents of Club Bounce, the dating disco for larger lovelies.

  3. @asilovesyou and which meal is the big one?
Has any factor brought on this eating style? o:

  4. I used to think people were crazy for finding the Doctor hot, but the more I watch the more I’m like… “Damn, he IS hot.” LOL!

  5. So… they’ll have to dig a 12 foot grave for that woman. Wow.
It would be so terrible to be that big. I feel so lucky I can climb trees and go on long hikes and bike rides.. I want to just go outside and run around right now after seeing that.
But I also love cookies, so maybe I’ll run around with some cookies.

  6. @MrKasugai well i like to eat once bc i like to have more time to do other more romantic things but if i dont have anything romantic i also have second eating in morning like something with milk or bread or crossans and big meal means good portions not as tiny at the skinny people in this serials

  7. English People are so nice

  8. @littlemisscakeface He makes me think of a grown-up Harry Potter… o.o

  13. @kofikingston5
    who gives a fuck

  14. I found this show accidently and I’m in love with it. I’m exactly 21 stones and I don’t eat that much. But I don’t exercise as I should. This show has changed my thinking about things. Thanks for uploading them! <3

  15. Thank you for this!I too live in the states like most of the commenters. I really wanted to watch this particular episode with Tracy and Colin.

  16. she can cook for me any day =)

  17. I love how the fatter one always glances down at the skinny ones food in every episode!

  18. 00:14 is that a third nipple??

  19. @MarixelHL there you go

  20. The “Flab Fighters” should try walking my dog (a Husky/German Shepherd/APBT mix). He’d burn off at least twice the amount of calories than any of the dogs shown – he’s a 70 lb freight train on a leash. On the upside, I’ve no need to go to the gym and people ask me how I keep my arms “fit.” I just point to the dog. LoL.

  21. @CaptainMontereyJack1 haha i was thinking the same thing! I have a husky myself and we don’t ‘walk’ we run (rather he pulls and i follow along), hes already saving me money from a gym membership ha

  22. This show helped me with my rehab from anorexia :)

  23. I ve been studying a lot about cholesterol and I believe all the scare and hype is blown way out of proportion. The truth is is that there is no scientific evidence proving high cholesterol causes heart disease. Its only a theory. Inflammation/damage and scar tissue of the arteries seems to be more of a concern as it allows plaque to build in the crevices where the damage is.

  24. Walking 1 hour burns 342 calories? I do that to unwind at night before bed! Either that or ride a bicycle. I don’t even think of it as exercise. I think of it as going outside at night and relaxing.

  25. @qwexas I also stand up and walk around while I’m eating. I put a drink on the other end of the room, a plate on the counter or table, and go to the fridge or pantry for something to nibble on, and keep walking across the room, sometimes going up and down the stairs if I want to go get the candy. If the weather’s nice I take it outside and use the hood of the truck as a table, kind of like a picnic.
