  1. @horriehomepage : Ah, I see, so you had no particular reason for responding like a butthead. Perhaps you just need a switch to decaf.

  2. A POT OF BEENS!!!!!!!!!!!!! mmmmmmmmmmmmmm

  3. I’m sure she wants to be as healthy as she can, kinda selfish though, millions of kids worldwide starve, and she’s having her Himalayan berries with Mayan superbeans. @all – if you want to replace beef, send it to Africa and eat dirt!

  4. Great info! Thank you. I just made my first batch of quinoa. GREAT STUFF. I am not a vegetarian so I used butter and chicken broth a pinch of salt and garlic and it was really really good. I would encourage everyone to try this great substitute for rice.

  5. mix some goji berries in coconut milk its freakin delicious

  6. @yyzcameraguy Hey! You can buy all of these at Ambrosia on Doncaster (one street North of Steeles on Yonge) if you’re uptown.

If you’re mid-town, there’s a health food store around Yonge and St. Claire that should have a lot of these as well.

Downtown, check out Kensington Market. There’s a huuuge health food store and you can find tons of great things there!

    Hope I helped! =)

  7. so if i was to grow hemp seed :) i could say im doing to eat the seeds??

  8. Would using Hemp Protein cause a urine analysis to come up positive for THC?

  9. @davidg1024 Of course not. Hemp doesn’t have “active” cannabinoids. Especially the shelled seeds. Perhaps you’re joking…

  10. @TehBerbDean I am not joking. I hope I don’t sound like an idiot. I seriously didn’t know. My dead end job requires clean urine…I have to be sure I am safe.

  11. @davidg1024

seeds are definately safe, maybe good to know that other plants – like ordinary leafy greens contain thc, although in much lower concentrations

there are different forms of thc, delta-9 is in highest concentration in cannabis

why not make a search on google

seeds of cannabis contain – as far my knowledge goes now – the most balanced proportion of omega-3 and omega-6

but seriously, any ‘boss’ that restricts their workers that much, is not worth working for..

    peace and good luck

  12. @HGNnet My boss is Uncle Sam…He can be strict. I will research this info. It is the only way to gain knowledge.

  13. @davidg1024 My boss was Uncle Sam once too, only in The Netherlands we don’t call it Uncle Sam. It was your equivalent of the IRS, only here they luckily never had such tests that I had to pass.
My direct manager was a heavy drinker, so I had an excuse not to be honest if certain questions were asked LOL, besides with the use of cannabis I was always a more correct and adequate employee compared to my co-workers ;-))

I wish you to find your way. To be able to educate yourself is a great thing!

  14. I think Im inlove

  15. I think Im inlove

  16. Hey! Check out these healthy, green, and safe cleaning and house hold products! ahealthcafe com / lsatterthwaite

  17. thanks….excellent video.

  18. haha, yeah she’s 49 ;)

  19. @davidg1024 It’s cool. I cannot expect people to know everything. It isn’t idiotic just slightly ignorant but not everyone is a curious george =p

  20. agave nectar is not a super food recent research showed that it is made in a incredibly unnatural way (its hydrolyzed) and is just as bad for you as high fructose corn syrup it has just been marketed well.

  21. @TheBmo1985 I don’t think it’s selfish seeing as how no matter what she eats, the kids will still be starving. It’s like when someone tells you to eat everything on your plate because other people are starving–they will still be starving when you finish it so why make yourself fat?

  22. They eat less Big Macs.
Is it really that big of a mystery?
Superfoods are bullshit marketing. Eating refined goji berries with your American Diet is not going to make you healthier. Eat healthier and use your brains, people.

  23. @cheats59 im so glad she mentioned it!

  24. @0:02 answering your question: YOU :)

  25. Thank you.
