Super B-Complex pills help!?
OK, so i am 16 years old and my mom gave me a pack of pills called: Super B-Complex.
My guess is, it's vitamin B pills.....
It says on the label:

But here is the problem... I can't get it down my throat.... And i break it in two... But it just melts in my mouth.... And i HATE the taste of that pill! YUK!!
Sooooooo..... is there any other way i can get this pill in my body!
I have heard that you can put it in your butt.... but i don't know if it's true or not....

I use Vitamin Supplements..
That one sounds excellent..

Get some VIT. E..400 i.u.
Poke a small hole in the Gel-TAB..squirt that into your mouth..
..then swallow the pill..wash it all down with whole milk..

Sometimes I take my VIT. Supplements with a milkshake..
There are some nice SOY-Protein shake mixes(with)Vitamins+Minerals..
I add wheat germ..and yogurt..I also use bottled water for my vitamin stuff..

I have really large Calcium Complex pills that always go down..some-what..rough..
I’m always ready to grab my water bottle..

don,t put it in your butt. you,d best practice on swallowing them. could you crush them , and mix them with oj?

It won’t do your butt any good if you put it in there, it’s meant to be swallowed.
Practise swallowing and you will get used to it.
It is good for your health. If it enters through the mouth that is.
