  1. This workout works SUPER amazingly well if you’re consistent. However, if you haven’t done ANY exercise or near none up to this workout for quite some time, don’t do all of this right away, or you’ll hurt yourself. Good job, ladiesss.(:

  5. I litterly just made my own move and I’m proud so I want to tell! Lay down flat put your fingers on your temples. Now lift both legs ( keeping the straight) but here is where the different part comes now intstead of just going down stick your legs straight up and curl your lower body up to make them go up higher lower until 3 inches off the ground and repeat. Do it as many times as you can with good form. Add more ass you go on! :)

  9. Can some one help me people say that you always have to run before working out because it is good for your muscles but when i do that i sprain my muscle. So what can do about it.

  12. @FOWWZIA do another type of cardio just to loosen your muscles it doesn’t have to be running…that’s what i do because the same thing happens to me and i get tired..i also take a jog after i workout it makes me feel good

    Walk or jog long distances with the bicycle at his/her side.
