Suggest good vitamin supplement for eyes?
I am a 25 year old female. I do not have any eye problems. But I still need some advice on which multivitamin supplement medicine to get to ensure eye health since my work involves extensive use of computers all day long. Something I can take on regular bases and coud get without prescription from a regular drug store.
Please do not suggest green leafy vegetables, carrot juice tc etc. I already know that. I am specifically asking for vitamin tablets.

Maxivision Whole Body Formula is GREAT. We carry it in our office and my husband and I both use it daily. My hubby’s regular doctor told him it was good and to keep tkaing it.

First of all read the information on this website…

Make sure that you use sunglasses that have good UV protection when you are outdoors and driving. Since you use the computer alot, make sure that you make a point of looking away from the screen as often as possible. This will help with eyestrain which is not scientifically proven to be a source of causing "bad vision"…but is definitely uncomfortable.
