Stupid female question- wayy stressed, deffinately not pregnant, but late.?

Right..
well the title kind of explains it.
I started a new waitressing job about two months ago.. well a month and a half.
and now I'm about 6 days late. Which is NOT good, because my long distance relationship partner is coming to visit in like a week and a half, and I really REALLY don't want to be moody and all that.. gross stuff while he's here.
I am 10000000% positive I am not pregnant. Unless i'm the next immaculate conception.. but yeah..
It has to be stress..
is there anything I can do to well.. speed up the process, or at least get it going?

I have all the symptoms of pms- mood swings like no bodies business, cramps, sore breasts and extreme fatigue..

Gaah I'm so at a loss here.. idk what to do.
No I'm not on any kind of oral contraceptives.I'm actually non sexually active. I dont take any over the counter medications, or perscriptions, I take womens vitamins with folic acid and iron.
I was checked for possible thyroid problems about three months ago- no blood work.. the doctor just told me it was very highly unlikely.
but yeah
any sugguestions.. PLEASE?!

thaaankk you..

  1. You can’t really force your cycle to change, and if you are stressed and worried about it will continue to be messed up. I would suggest that you go and see a gynaecologist and consider going on the pill. This could help to regulate your hormones.
Other than that- just try to relax and chill. Make time for yourself. Get regular exercise- you will be surprised how much that helps!

  2. if its at all possibletry moving around some heavy stuff or lifting, rearange your furniture, idk why but it usually brings it on,may sound strange but relly works for the right people
