  6. It depends on your diet and if you stick to working out. This is a good warm up and if you’ve never exercised before I’m sure it’s a good start. But over time you will need to increase the amount of exercise you do. I also highly recommend strength training once you get used to doing regular cardio exercise. Consult your doctor, a nutritionist, a personal trainer or all 3. Good luck!

  7. This is a great cardio warmup, and for those who are just starting out, a good foundation for a whole cardio workout. For me it’s not challenging enough to be considered a whole workout, but it’s a great start! Thanks for this :)

  8. Maybe it’s due to the glitch / bug (I don’t know what I should call it) @ 5.25… but it seems like she’s one count behind / late after that. It’s either that, or the glitch caused the music to skip one count.

    Either way, it makes the rest of the class much harder to follow ’cause I’m used to end at the last count (8) and start a new ‘move’ on the first next count.

    But beyond that it’s nicely done and a good tutorial for aerobics-instructors in training imo.

  13. Simple & great but not challenging enough for me … repeating the video a couple times would perhaps be a great workout for the days when I don’t feel like doing an intensive workout?
