Stretching is great for warming up, or in this case also to relieve back pain or sore muscles in the lower and upper back. Try some of these stretches to really get a good stretch, hope these help!

  11. Everyone can do the stretches – how far down or over you can go will depend on your flexibility. You should feel the stretch, but it should never be painful. Ease up if it starts to hurt.
