Being free and overcoming chalanges is what being alive means to me. “Chalanges are what makes life interesting… overcoming them is what makes life meaningfull”, my teacher has always told to me. i still follow it to this day, along with the next quote “not everything that is faced can be changed, but nothing can be changed untill it is faced”!!!

  6. The problem is if you’re under constant stress, you cant just work or do a sports activity & expect relief…

    why… because if once that work or sport is over & u return to this environments of stress, you actually do further damage…

    those who are under this extreme stress (& who can not escape it), some moderate physical activity will be helpful, but you can not participate in strenuous activity on top of stress & then be faced with stress afterwards.

  20. Having stress is just an illusion, i’ve also been there. What pulled me out of the misery was just ‘opening my eyes’. I learned the things that they don’t show on TV.   22. …. you explained me there!! i have had trouble with stress past few years, ive argued and physicsally exploded and broke things, turnd to alcohol or drugs,,,, all because of stress…… i have learned throught personal expierience that if i just sit and try to think my stress out,, then it just gets worse!!!! i have to move or i explode, kinda like the hulk sometimes, raging aggressive explosions, especially if i drank alcohol, im more mellow these days and use a punchbag if i feel tht way
