Store bought orange juice – is potassium boiled off or not?

Store bought orange juice is boiled, I have heard, to increase its shelf-life.

Does the boiling process affect the level of potassium (which is sensitive to overheating) , and does the boiling affect other things like Vitamin c level?

I know juicing oranges fresh is the best, but way more expensive than buying it at the supermarket.

thanks,,

  1. Vitamin C content should be given on the side of the carton.

Potassium content won’t be affected by boiling.
