What about spastic muscles stuck in a contracted state?
Do a search for Thomas Griner and then read his work on how spastic muscle or hypertonic muscle creates many, many problems in the body. You will find it under neurosoma. He developed a technique that he has practiced for over 40 years. There is science behind his work as opposed to most all others.

Pulling on contracted muscles that are spastic is dangerous. You may make them contract even more and may injury a person. Read Thomas Griner’s work (search for Thomas Griner) to understand how the body works and how to help it heal itself. His work involved science based on anatomy and physiology. Simply pulling on the body will not help the body heal itself.
