  1. The Nubax device is excellent… it allows you to control the amount of traction needed and is so easy to use.

  2. less talking, more demonstration

  3. @MrHealthyback think it’s better than the inverter?

  4. Very helpful. Thank you.

  5. NUBAX it is…..love it

  6. @MrHealthyback I just wondered if you might be able to help. Is the Nubax okay for people who have had spinal surgery. I had a lumbar discectomy 1994. I don’t have any fusions or metal in my spine.

  7. @Hertsman50 I am a physical therapist and I will only say this. ASK YOUR SURGEON!!!! Every surgery is different and if he only removed the herniation you may be okay, but if he cut any ligaments, cut bone off, put hardware in, etc. you may or may not be able to do it. Be safe! I imagine it is safe because you are “stretching,” but again your surgeon knows best.

  8. @OlliMSa it was actually a laminectomy so yes some bone was cut away.

  9. @supra297 – We demonstrate both devices in other videos.

  10. @MrHealthyback

How about the VAX D machine ?

  11. @OlliMSa

whats your Opinion of this video

VAX D IS OPPOSITE OF TRACTION

  12. @supra297

watch vids on the VAX D

  13. Are you wearing tzitzit? If so, well done! But where’s the kipa?

  14. @Hertsman50 – As with any product you are considering after a surgery you should consult your Surgeon, that said, the Nubax would be a great device as it give you far more control over the amount of decompression that you will get when you use it, and I would highly recommend this over an inversion table for your case.
