Just what I needed.,
In my early 30s with 2 herniated discs and arthritis in my neck from a car accident. 10-15 minutes on this relieves quite a bit of my pain. My neck muscles immediately get the support they need to be in proper alignment and my neck cracks easily which fell great. It is also extremely comfortable. Great product.

Soothing Product,
After I do my back stretches, I lay on this to help the alignment of my neck. This thing is nice. I love laying on it. The chiropractor gave me a wedge to lay on, but it was uncomfortable. This is very comfortable and it does the same thing. I never had neck pain, though my chiropractor showed me that my neck was out of alignment. I had shoulder pain that is gone now that I’ve been using this product. I love it:)

Soothe-A-Ciser Pillow,
I do like it. It helps alleviate some of my neck and shoulder pain so I can relax my neck and shoulders enough to be able to fall asleep.
