  14. ok two things, one bananas are low GI and also you contradicted yourself here, you say in a mass gain phase use the sugars *spike your insulin to get the protein into the muscles* ok cool but then for fat loss cut the sugars, by your logic how the fuck are you getting the protein into the muscles then?

  22. ” lose belly fat” is a misnomer. You can’t say that your going to lose weight in a specific area of your body. You can only decrease your caloric intake with the proper nutient in which your body will decide where the fat will be lost.

  25. why wouldnt you use a dextrose powder or waxy maize instead of chocolate milk plus wont the casein in the milk slow the whey down ?
