@Abdulla1993 Well if you don’t mind the carbs but want something healthy then use brown rice with vegetables/spices or some salsa with it.

Mike, thanks for this. I love rice and my problem is that I always eat a little bit too much of it. Your solution just made my day. I think I might never going to buy rice again after this.

You are my new god.

Why not just use brown rice?. That’s what I generally do, but I’ll try the cauliflower version as well in case I like it so I can mix it up from time to time
July 8th, 2011 - 17:39
@BillyBobTS Mostly because of the quantity.
You can have A LOT more cauliflower than rice on the same cals.
July 9th, 2011 - 00:24
@krattlusker Makes sense, didn’t think about that :). I’m usually not to worried about cals but for other people that’s a good transitional choice.

@leanbodylifestyle i never use oil while cooking, the chicken sticks a bit in the pan but in the end it tastes as good;)
i also suggest u try adding curry powder to the chicken, it makes it taste even better than in restaurants!

I never understood low carb diets. Arn’t complex carbs like whole wheat and brown rice necessary for optimum health?

Hey, Mike. This might sound like a stupid question to some of you guys here. What I wanna ask is what store sells that specific brand, “Smart Chicken”? That looks like the most lean chicken I’ve ever seen. It would be awesome if you or someone here can answer this question. Btw, I appreciate all of these videos. I’ve learned several recipes from them and it has been giving me a sense of direction on what to eat along with my workouts. Thank you!
