Simple Exercises

@thiisgurl94 I have the same problem, I can’t do much of the mid session because my wrist hurts and I have really small wrists… maybe some wrist band will help

@thiisgurl94 You can bend your arm and lean on your shoulder. That should alleviate the wrist issues.

how long for each of the stuff that you did? like how you said 12 sets for the mid section ^^
i’m trying to lose weight when i start classes and something to do at night then going running cuz i was planning on doing that in the morning and after i’m done with classes for the day then something different at night and this looks effective ^^ thanks for sharing =]
