Ok good luck on losing weight and all , but dude you took something, aint no way in hell you could lose all that weight from wk 2-3. Its imposible, you had to to take something. i understand you like to promote stuff, but bruh keep it real. Shit, if you did it naturally , please tell me what did you do?

Like the guy below me said, i don’t belive u lost that much in 2-3 weeks. Its not possible for us human beings to do that.
If u trained 24/7 and ate nothing, maybe that would happen, and i guess u didn’t do that because its impossible.
Whatever u did, good job!
PS: Im no hater, im just trying to be relastic and put facts on the table.

@atlmycity2 i completely agree with you that its mad to lose all that weight so quickly. i dont know either if hes taken anything or not. but i know that, first 1-2 months of exercise/working out etc, your body will respond very well, and you WILL see alot of changes. i dont know this guys exercise routine, but i would guess jogging every day, sometimes even twice a day. using lots of weights, ab exercises and a very strict diet. seems like the only way IMO. even then it depends on the person.
