I have a question..my si joint is rotated forward (towards my front side or stomach) and my left joint is rotated the opposite way (towards my back) does this mean I should only do these stretches to one side for a while to get it back nuetral or should I do both sides right away…thanks!!!

I’ve had a severely sore back for the last three days (such as I haven’t experienced before) and I’ve seen slow improvement with some generic stretching. I just watched and ran through this routine twice to be sure I got it right, and although I didn’t feel anything ‘give’ yet I can assuredly say the pain has decreased since doing so. I intend to repeat the process. The doctor could do less for me than you just did in 2 minutes. Thank you.

Im so glad it helped you, some doctors just don’t get it:)

It’s not for lack of trying or care (I’ve got a great doctor), but you can’t teach what you don’t know, can you? I will be certain to refer back here in the future, as well as pass on your knowledge. Bless you for giving it freely!!

I have had severe back pain for one week and a half, laying in bed without being able to sit down, and tried everything from icing the hell out of it, and noninflammatory medication without success. Then I decided to go to the MD orthopedic “doctor”, and after taking x rays he said I had a bulging disc, and that it either will fix on its own, or surgery. Then I tried your video thing, and POP, I am pain free. thanks.

That’s AWESOME! It makes my day when we can help people. Spread the word to others who are in pain….
Thanks!

I require SI joint fusion surgery.
Can anyone tell me a list of names of surgeons who perform the surgery in Australia? And if not the USA/Canada? It is very difficult to find in Australia but I will travel to America if necessary.
My spine mri is normal but I had a serious fall and severe pain around the si joint ever since, $45000 spent on all other treatments over 8 years but little improvement. Can not sit down or lie down or do a host of other tasks. Just want to get my life back.

THe problem with this video is that it only shows a “shotgun” approach to treating the sacroiliac joint and does not give a needed specific approach that can prevent recurrence, a specific approach can only be determined by an experienced and trained therapist.

I believe that fuits and vegetables can reduce inflammation in joints!
I started taking Mona Vie Active for my shoulder pain and now I don’t have to take Vicodin before I go to bed!
If you seriously want the Monavie Active, go to juiceberg’s channel! They will hook you up!

Good video, but you also have to address the point that if the pain increases with any of these techniques the person should only do the one that produces the relief. SI joint pains are USUALLY one-sided. Also, sometimes the isometric hip ADDuction may be painful and hip ABDuction may be the one that produces relief (anterior/posterior distraction/compression of the SI joint). – Food for thought.

@OlliMSa Thanks for the feedback!

I’m afraid of doing this. This is serious stuff. I sprained my SI joint on Sunday. I’m icing it. Seen a chiropractor twice already. Getting a little relief but I can’t afford to miss work any more days. This exercise seems like it will agitate the injury. I’ll work myself up to trying it and let you know how it works.

@JoViaArmstrong Hi Jovia, don’t force the issue.. wait till you feel a little more comfortable with trying it. Hope it helps!
