Shayloss Dieting Tips!


At my heaviest I used to weigh a little over 190lbs. Through diet and exercise I'm now down to around 165lbs. Here is one little tip I have for losing weight and still eating something that's good.   1. im 5’11 and I weigh 235 lbs, but I am supposed to weigh 210 lbs the Dr said. BMI says I should be no more than 170 lbs. Thats just crazy.

  2. Even better: Double meat on a 12″ sub = two dinners, and minimal – BUT SOME savings. Chips are empty calories, too, plus sodium.

    12inch Honey Oat, Tuna, Cheese, lettuce, tomato, cucumber, honey mustard…
    However just lately I have dropped the honey mustard 90% of the time…

    I should probably drop the cheese too…

  19. You could always just prepare your own food and then you’d know you were eating healthily. Most of Subway’s food is processed and full of salt :/

  20. i eat like a pig but i do alot of Sport Like Kickboxing and Bodybulding and i lost like 25Kg in 5 mounts from 110KG to 85KG with a litle diet at first 5 mounts MAKE SPORT

  21. My fav sub is the Penis Popper Supreme. Fresh whale penis, jalapeno peppers and loaded with Creamofsumyunguy on a flatbread.

  22. Good Idea Kevin. Always feel guilty when I get a foot long. Now, that I am working on a more healthy lifestyle I dont have to give up on my favorite subs!

  23. I have the metabolism of the gods.
    I can drink like six mountain dews a day, and down like four or five meals and I don’t gain a pound. Woot woot.
    Although this metabolism didn’t kick in until about two years ago, so I feel as though it won’t last forever. 165lbs is my last recorded weight. One year ago >.>

  24. @darqetsu That is loaded… with vitamins. The subway here in Berea Kentucky doesn’t have whale penis. Maybe its because we’re so far inland? It is probably a coastal thing. The Creamofsumyunguy probably isn’t there either. Since I’ve never seen anyone order it. They do however offer Jalepenos. Good shit.
