Seafood allergies and vitamins what to do?


I have acne not bad but i need to improve my skin and hair. I dont need oily hair just healthier. Some vitamins have fish oil , things like that. What could someone like me take?

  2. Flaxseed oil is an alternative to omega (fish) oil for your skin and hair. I even added it to my cat’s food when she had dry skin and a scratching condition.

  3. Since hair is dead, there are no vitamins that you can take for it. Make sure you are not using too harsh a shampoo. Try a baby shampoo first, it has a lot less chemicals in it.
