  1. Congratulations girl!!! 50lbs is awesome. Im on day 2 and the soup is a little much, I added spinach because I like the taste of it. So far so good. You are sooo right about the spiritual peice, thats quite motivating. Thank you:-)

  5. I have been trying to find that thinner place, not the Skinny place, lol. I am glad that your stamina has increased, you are getting healthier! Good job on the weight loss! This diet is sort like the Cabbage diet I went on at one point in my life.
    That is a problem in the Body Of Christ, we get the spirit right but we are very unhealthy as a people. That is not God’s plan, that we die with heart attack, high blood pressure, etc.

  6. I am so glad that God has revealed to you, what he desires. HE wants us to prosper in every area, not just our spirit and our pocketbooks, He wants us to prosper in our body as well. His plan is not that we be taken out of here with sickness and disease. When I realized this, I haven’t been comfortable since, eating what, when and how I want.

  10. That was right on time, we say we want to be used by Him yet we don’t want to take care of the vessel and be equiped for Him to work through us when He is ready . Either we’re too tired or busy to exercise, but if we don’t take care of the temple, as you said ,it’s a wrap! And we always seem to forget that this body, what we do with it, we will give an account. excellent video.

  13. damn that is a good loss. i started the diet today & i’m hoping to lose 7-9 lbs in the 7 days im doin this for. if i loose more i will be even more happy.. but i’m not a big girl i’m more average sized soo i probably wont loose more than u lost lol it would be nice though :P

  17. I lost 50 lbs. (not all on the sacred heart diet) I lost quiet a bit in these soup eating days I think the video tells how much. I am now 7 mos preg and I have only gained a very healthy amount of weight back. Im happy!

  20. great job………..ur very motivated and thats all u need…..I need to lose a ton of weight … I used to be real thin but gained so much weight the past few yrs. I am now over 200 and am ashamed…but ur video is inspirational ….I am on the sacred heart diet. so I hope this jump starts my will power….but take care and congrats…
