AND Im with you on the diet. I drink this protein shake junk for breakfeast. It’s pretty low calorie and IT pretty much fills you up for a good while. Im on the ten pound mark. We got this son!

yo dashie try the protein diet just eat protein no carbs, no fruits for 1 week walking 30 minutes at least and u could lose from 7 to 10 pounds per week

@DashieXP2 I lost 12lbs in three weeks with no exercise (I work in front of a computer but im starting to go to a gym this week) but doing this: bfast: 3-4 scrambled eggs mixed with w/e (shrooms, peppers, onions) and like a handful of fresh spinach, chicken salad (extra meat with NO s.cream, cheese dressing..salsa ok) half an avacado (snack) and shrimp, seafood or chicken with brocoli for dinner. Went from 240 to 229 in three weeks. I can show you my food log if you want to see everything I ate
