recomend me a multi vitamin?
i want a multi vitamin with iron
i tried many brands and dont like them. i tried one a day,centrum,flinstones, twinlabs,
i dont like any of them...
i want something with iron because im usually anemic and i dont eat alot of meat. i also dont get good enough nutrition.
but i prefer to take a vitamin, dont tell me to stock up on fruits and vegetables
i want something in a tablet, not capsule
and i dont like womens vitamins, im also not in my childbearing years and not going to be sexually active for many many years like 10..so i do not need a womens or prenatal...i do get enough folic acid and dont need tons
i just want a regular vitamin for men or women. with iron in it.
reccomend me a bunch of names

One of THE BEST vitamins out there- is the multivitamin by isotonix. It is not a pill or a cap it is a powder that you mix with water and drink.
