  1. @RustleAbout Hey Russ! Good to see ya buddy! Thanks a lot man!

  2. haha big boned! Good response to Billy’s video. A little exercise goes a LONG way. If Holly comments and sees this she’s going to be pointing her finger at me.

  3. Good advice Greg!

  4. I can’t think of no good reason to stop taking thyroid medication unless its for a dose adjustment. I agree that one still need to eat while you are trying to loose weight.

  5. @HeyThatsMike Hey Mike! Lol, every time I hear someone say they’re “big boned” I laugh, I think of Cartman on South Park! You’re right, a little exercise does you so much good! I’m really glad I found out what was wrong with me. I swear, if I showed you a photo of what I looked like a few years ago, to now, you’d swear it wasn’t the same person! Lol, I don’t know why Holly would point your way, you certainly don’t have a weight problem!

  6. @geordo2001 Thank you, thank you!

  7. @geordo2001 Yeah me too, I can’t believe the change for the good in me since I started taking it! It really is true, you have to eat to lose weight. Of course you have to burn more calories than you consume too. Thanks a lot for commenting my friend!

  8. I hear ya, man. I was on 100kgs last year and decided it was time for me to do something about it. So I stopped eating after 5 o`clock P.M. Drinking a lot of water and green tea, helped me a lot. But the thyroid is a nasty one! Definitely need medication for that!
    Glad you`re feeling better!
    A.D

  9. good advice
sorry for your health problems.. take care.

  10. @yetanothersongwriter Thank you very much! Yeah, not much you can do about the thyroid unless you get on some meds. I’m feeling great now!

  11. @halffade Thank you very much! I really am feeling so much better now, out look is good! Have a great evening, thanks for commenting!

  12. How scary having a heart attack! Sure glad you are ok now. Losing 40 pounds in two months is just awesome. When the thyroid is out of wack it can cause all kinds of problems beside not being able to lose weight. It can also stop you from Doing number 2
that happened to a friend. That was great advice to Billy, we love him and want him to be healthy.
    Lauren:)

  13. @greggfla Hey bro, well to be honest I am the one that is honored to be your friend and this video just well helped.

  14. I have that up and down problem. I believe it is because of my seizure meds though. They are know to do that. Good video man!

  15. Funny thing – my dog had a thyroid problem – took a long time to diagnose but once we got the right meds she lost pounds in a few weeks and a whole new life opened up for her. The other side of the coin was her fur grew back. So you will be super hairy and wagging your tail in no time!

  16. @justwant2bhappy Hi Lauren! Thanks so much for the great comment! I’m so happy I found out my thyroid was my problem with the weight gain! Yeah, a heart attack is REALLY scary, I made a lot of life changes for the better because of it! Billy’s an awesome friend, we all want what’s best for him! : )

  17. @ShawnCorytube Hey Shawn! Yeah, meds are great for fixing our problems, it’s too bad there are so many side effects to them! The thyroid pill is shedding the weight off me, but I seem to be growing a monkey tail now! Ehh. (shrugged shoulders) Have a great day man!

  18. @MrRandomWritings Rofl! Too funny! I’m glad to hear your dog is doing well! I can always shave off the back fur, I think I’m going to keep the monkey tail though, it’s really coming in handy! lol. Have a great day my friend!

  19. @greggfla ah well I didn’t tell you the bad news – poor thing died of spinal cancer (unrelated I have to say!) but her quality of life in her last year or two was so much better so I had that comfort. Good luck

  20. @billyCtv Thanks Billy, that really means a lot to me!

  21. @MrRandomWritings Oh wow, I’m so sorry to hear that! I’m a dog lover, and I know what it’s like to lose a pet. I have a black lab (Kobi) and I would be devastated if anything happened to her!

  22. People tend to wait till something major goes wrong with them before they start taking their health and weight seriously. I’ve fluctuated a lot in my weight over the years. Usually it depended on my job.

  23. @VirtuallyAddicted I waited, or I should say, I kept putting it off. I’m one of those lucky Americans who don’t have medical insurance. I now have a medical bill close to forty thousand dollars. But, on the up side, I’m still alive! : )

  24. AHA!!! Thyroid…

  25. @phekwig Hey Andy! Yeah I was pretty happy to find this out actually. I lost almost forty pounds in two month! I have a lot more to go, but it’s still dropping off like crazy! When I get back to to the “old me” I’m hoping I can get off all this blood pressure medication once and for all!
